I'm Jose Luis Leiros. I've worked at Morgan Stanley, the UN and UNICEF. I led the StepOne Ventures office in San Francisco. I headed innovation at AEDAS Homes, one of Spain's leading listed residential developers. I founded two technology companies: one was acquired in the UK; the other drove a channel linked to over 75M euros in sales. I hold a degree in Economics. I completed executive training at IESE. I did a one-year intensive Mandarin course in Taipei.
I'm driven by projects that demand connecting disciplines, aligning teams, and turning plans into measurable results. I look to collaborate on initiatives where cross-functional coordination, a results-driven approach, and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution add real value.
